Manchester United went into the international break with injuries threatening to mount up. Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw and Diogo Dalot had all missed the club’s 1-1 draw with Southampton. And the sight of Paul Pogba limping out of St Mary’s was also a worry, with the France international missing the his country’s matches with Albania and Andorra. Manchester United have also been without Tim Fosu-Mensah since the season started, while Jesse Lingard and Aaron Wan-Bissaka were forced to withdraw from England duty. Yet United could be set for some big boosts for when the international break comes to an end. PhysioRoom claim Pogba, Martial, Dalot and Lingard are all expected to be fit for United’s showdown with Leicester on September 14.The quartet have been sidelined with ankle, thigh and foot injuries – while Lingard has been struck by illness.
